How to get started

1Sign up and provide your basic business information.
2Add your trading name, ABN or ACN, email and contact details, and billing address.
3Our team reviews your information and verifies your account.
4Once approved, you receive your login credentials.
5Choose your preferred payment method which includes Pay as you go or a credit account.
6Create as many user accounts as your operational structure requires.

This ensures that only verified businesses can post requests and that all activity on the platform meets Australian workplace standards.

How to place an order

6For recurring service, set repeat frequency, selected days, and number of repeats.
7Select the number of staff required.
8Review your order and proceed to checkout.
9Submit your request.

Your order is then sent directly to our allocations team who ensure the right professional is matched to your shift.

After You Place an Order

Receive confirmations and staffing details

Once your request is submitted, you will receive two notifications to keep you informed.

Immediate

You receive an immediate order confirmation email with your order number.

Follow-up

You receive a second email with staff details once a Partner assigns the professionals to your booking.
